Shipping & Returns
After purchase, all products have a 5 - 7 day processing period starting the day of purchase. After processing, products are shipped within 2-3 business days using the following carrier(s): USPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11033 S. State Street, #286115, Chicago, Illinois, 60628. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 11033 S. State Street, #286115, Chicago, IL, 60628.
Lost and/or Stolen Items
We now offer ROUTE shipping insurance for all items purchased at checkout. We recommend that you accept the insurance at checkout to cover the possible cost of lost and/or stolen items. By not purchasing the shipping insurance at checkout, you waive all rights to reimbursement if your items are lost and/or stolen during shipping. We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen items.
Shipping for Refunds
If you receive a refund, the item must be returned to us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
